Changes you may be experiencing

Calmness

A new found peace comes after practicing meditation, prayers, yoga, sitting with nature, gardening, something artistic. You do not have to do all these things but any one of them or a combination. You may find peace doing housework or mowing the lawn.

Emotions

Emotions may come up and hit you when you least expect them. Crying more with those sad movies, any thing you would normally consider sentimental. Children, animals, anything can trigger you off.

Eating

The way you eat seems to be one that comes through quite strongly, maybe going away from red meat and having white meat instead and not so much of it. Wanting a diet with more carbohydrates in it like pastas and breads, wanting more fruits and vegetables, healthier food, vitamins and minerals, exercise and water, water, water.

Interests

A new hobby or interest, maybe a change of pace at work, A new job, or getting a job for the first time. Major changes may take place around you whether you like them or not. A lot of people seem to feel they have hit rock bottom lately. The only way is up and it does make you a lot stronger, a lesson which has been learnt.

Houses

Sometimes the good changes start happening when you clear out a lot of clutter…. This is emotional and physical. The energy in you life swirls around you, if you have a lot of junk and bits and pieces everywhere and clutter, it gets caught. Change your rooms around; get rid of things that are kept for sentimental reasons that you really don’t like, if you must keep them put them in a room you don’t use a lot. If you want to and can, move house. Have a garage sale; use the money for things you really want in your home. Get rid of some of the furniture or facelift it. Go through those wardrobes; give away those clothes that clog up your wardrobe space, the ones that you will wear one day. If you haven’t worn them for two years out they go. If you need to lose weight to fit them get rid of them and when you lose weight buy some new clothes for a treat.

Bedrooms

Space under your bed should be clear, like the other spaces in the house energy can be trapped and stagnate in the clutter. If you have a solid base that is fine as it will go around and not get caught. Keep your bedroom for sleep; don’t use it as an office, storage room or thoroughfare. Surround yourself with lovely things in your room to create a peaceful place of relaxation for sleep.

People

You will start to or have started to seek out like-minded people for what you may not know yet. Friendships may change.

When you go in search that is when opportunities or people will present themselves, to say have a look at this.

Coincidence patterns

You can call them that if you like. Many coincidences will happen and grow in number until they are quite noticeable and frequent that you will wonder if it is for a reason.

Beliefs

Belief patterns may change. What you thought was true and right for you now may not be. You may start to change your beliefs slightly or look for something completely different.

Food and water

Now for some reason spiritual growth usually goes hand in hand with changes in your eating patterns. Lighter and fresher foods will become more palatable, lighter foods for a lighter body.

Fresh fruit and vegetables, preferably organically grown so the toxins, which are cleared by the fresh fruit and vegetables, are not added to by chemicals or preservatives. White Meat or no meat may also be on the agenda for a change. Red meat will be something that you may have now and again. Pasta and carbohydrates will play a more important part in the foods you eat.

Water is an important system cleanser, it keeps everything clearing and passing through the system, The body is after all 70% fluid. As the toxins are released, the more water you drink the quicker they are removed from the body. If you get a great rush of toxin release you may feel nauseated and get headaches. Drink a lot more water and the symptoms will dissipate as they are passed through and diluted.

Mucus is something else that may start to clear, a runny nose, but no symptoms of a cold. You may find it will run and drip for a few days. A detox of the whole body, massage, body wraps, and saunas will help clear the toxins from the body quicker.

Pamper yourself a bit while you go through this, you will find you will need a lot of rest, as your body starts to heal and clear.

Partner or support group

As you go through these changes you will find that your partner, if you have one will support you or not. As I said before, those spiritually awakened first are usually women. I have a friend in the states who lives in a town and just on half of the population are psychics, healers, channellers, clairvoyants or something spiritual or alternative, most are women

You get usually a handful of men; and most of them stay in the background.

If your partner supports you, you are very lucky, if he/she is neutral, well at least he/she is not making things difficult. If he/she is not supportive, see how they really feel about it before coming out with what you are feeling.

No support can come in many different forms, they might not care what you do, as in “Do what you like as long as it doesn’t change the routine I am used to”.

Some will think you will grow out of it, a phase you are going through, and it won’t last long and you’ll be back to your old self. That if they ignore it, it will fade away.

You may have a strong reaction from your partner or family and you may find yourself at the Doctors, psychiatrist or the church, your mental stability will be questioned. Test the waters first. Remember you will get there even if you have no support as you have started already. Partner and family and friend support is very beneficial to you, but you will find you can cope without their support if you have to. Find a person you can talk to or better still a friend who is having thoughts along the same lines. Joining a group of spiritual minded people is where you will find one or many to talk to. You may have to try out a few different groups to find one that you feel comfortable with, hopefully you will find one where you can share each week what you have had happen. The time to awaken has sped up for the new millennium so new spiritual things will happen on a daily basis for a while, big or small.

Family and parents are the ones who can hurt you emotionally the most. The biggest hurdle in life is parent approval for most people. If your parents can’t or won’t give it to you, you have learnt a lesson. Families are the only ones who can really hurt you. Bless them and let it go. Don’t stress yourself over it, let it go. It has made you a stronger person.

Most problems are caused between families, you start to see them when spiritual things start happening for you, that you have wasted a lot of time worrying and being involved in trivial time wasters or power plays and emotional blackmail. Let it go and move on with your life. Let them keep it all going, bow out of the whole deal. Be the neutral one. Safe and happy in the knowledge that it doesn’t effect you any more as you won’t allow it.
