Removing negativity

Pink bubble method

Here is a method to clear some clutter and negativity from your body and emotions.

Go into meditation or relax down. Visualize going back to the time you were a baby in your mothers womb, project a pink bubble outside of your body, fill this bubble with any negativity from this time. Bless this bubble and send it on its way with love. Send it up to the light to be transformed into healing energy, which is returned to you. The negativity to be replaced with love.

Move to the next year and repeat, go through your life projecting out these bubbles, and sending them on their way. It may take a few sessions to clear them all. Make sure you bless them and send them with love and have it returned in positive healing energy.

The size of the bubble can be large or small, the size of a football field or the size of a marble.

Sometimes you will wonder if they will even lift off the ground.

Have a look at the times that the bubbles are very big, you may not know why a large bubble has come out, but now it has been cleared and removed.

Go through your life a few times over the next couple of weeks and see how the sizes of the bubbles have gotten so small. Soon you will be able to use one large bubble to collect all the small ones.

This will take away a lot of the emotional burdens which can hold you back, the ones that block your growth, the ones you can’t remember.

This technique can be applied to many different situations, such as a problem with a member of the family, a person you have had a major argument with, an employer or friend, a past life blockage. A situation, which has happened that you can’t let go.

Use the pink bubble method to project out the negativity, injustice and hate for the person or situation. Now this is the hard part, send this bubble off (even if it is the size of a small town) for the energy to come back, positive and healing for the highest good of all. Send these off with forgiveness, love and thanks for the lesson you have learnt. Now you will have learnt a lesson even if you aren’t appreciative of it. It does help if you feel like you mean the love and forgiveness at the time you send this bubble.

After a couple of days go back and have a look at the person or situation in your mind, does it bug you as much, really? Do the pink bubble method again; see how big the bubble is. I have found this method very good for lifting burdens, and letting me get on with life and things that matter to me. This will keep you growing, and clearing, to let new things into your life for the better. Releasing these pressures will make you a happier and more balanced person.

Letting go emotional baggage and tears.

Emotions can take many forms as we know. Anger, hurt, frustration. There are outlets for all these things, like exercise, counselling, anger management and screaming to name a few. Counselling to talk it out - counselling comes in many forms like talking to a friend or writing it down. Change the situation if you can.

Screaming is a technique that people are writing about now for people especially woman to use as a vent for anger, frustration or hurt. A book called the "Primal Scream" is one to have a look at. You can take a drive into the country and really let out all the deep down feelings in a loud scream or two.

Tears can be held back for a number of reasons, it may be because it is not something you have been brought up to do, or because it is seen as a sign of weakness and losing control. We can benefit from a sad movie which you can watch by yourself if you want to cry in private and really let go. Getting in touch with your feelings is what happens in spiritual growth. Whether it is anger, resentment, frustration, getting emotional and crying. This is also sometimes when relationships change. Some will become closer - some will break.

Communication at this time is very important. New emotions bring up new things to discuss. The more you discuss issues the more you sort out and grow.

Energy healing brings emotions to the surface, old fears, hurt and things you have buried deep, come to the surface. Dealing with these situations one at a time as they do come up, will make you stronger. You can deal with them yourself by releasing it, working through it with someone else, confronting the problem head on or writing it down and analysing it.

Letting people make their own mistakes

Now this is a tough one, letting people make their own mistakes. Mothers and fathers instinct is to protect their children, but by not letting them make their own mistakes now and again they won’t learn. This situation will keep arising in different scenarios until the child or adult has dealt with it. Also independence comes from having to deal with them. I find more parents are feeling guilty about working and they make it up by giving their children a lot of material things to appease them. They also get over protective to be the perfect parent.

When children seek independence for themselves they turn into something you would not have believed, and it happens to the best of them.

Letting them learn from the small mistakes helps them to be able to cope with and not make the big mistakes, it also lets them cope with everyday pressures. As you get older you can see the people who have lost control of situations and persons around them, much to their own detriment. Because they have protected others so much, be it spouses, children, parents or friends, it is expected that they will fix any problem and take responsibility for anything that is too hard, mundane or annoying.

As I said before this can be from siblings, friends, family, work mates, employers. No amount of advice helps as they need to take their control back themselves.

Spiritual Awakening helps you to get a perspective on different relationships to you and how to handle them. Getting caught up in other people’s dramas and letting them get you down. Treat yourself better than that, support and listen, then detach.

Move away from these types of people for a while if they are draining you.

It is like a cycle that never ends. Take a breather for your own sanity.

Influencing people for good or evil

As you start your search, you will find that you read and look at a lot of spiritual ways. You may stumble across little spells at times, love potions, curses and spells to change people’s lives. Should you really do them?

First you must ask yourself, am I influencing them? If you are, it could come back on you, especially if it is not for the greatest good of all. Are you prepared for that?

Everyone, so we have been told has come here at this time to learn a lesson. If when the lesson comes up and you don’t learn from it or you ignore it, you will have the same thing happen again later until the lesson is learnt.

I believe if you do send something good to someone for the greater good of all it may work, if it is the right thing to do. If you are trying to harm someone it may work also but you get back what you send out ten fold. If you want to influence them to do something which is not in their life path or destiny you could make things worse. Don’t try to intentionally hurt people. Influencing them may make them change direction for a while, but remember they may need to learn a lesson, which may involve hitting rock bottom first. We can’t protect them all the time, just be there when they need us.

Blockages in the mind or body.

Blockages come in many forms. They can be mental when you really don't want to deal with something. They can be physical, as in your body being out of alignment or out of energy, when you have issues to deal with.

Physical can mean you need to see a chiropractor to align your body - a straight body puts you in balance, it can be as simple as stretching and shaking your limbs. Constipation, not having  waste passing through the body as quickly as it should. People who suffer from constipation usually have a toxin build-up caused by the waste products staying in the body too long. They get absorbed again and again into the body. You can remove them by eating a lot of fruit or vegetables each day and exercise which speeds up the metabolism, laxatives, which you shouldn't take all the time or colonic irrigation, enema's, sauna’s, body wraps, anything which is not detrimental to your health which clears these toxins out. To get your system back into balance.

Mental, talking, writing, releasing, what ever works for you and feels comfortable. Many people can't or won't share their troubles and suffer in silence. There are things that can be done to relieve the pressure. Why suffer, life is here to be enjoyed, not suffered.

Have a think about how quickly the last ten years have past, life is too short to be miserable and not have a bit of fun and do things you want to do.

Mirroring

Another thing to look at as you grow is the mirroring of people. When you meet someone for the first time and you don’t like them, something irritates you, stand back and look at why. Are they doing something that you yourself do and don’t like.

Is it something that they project that your subconscious recognizes.

Do you have this behaviour or habit? What about when someone doesn’t like you. Do they see something in you that is mirrored back. I’m not saying all the time, but check it out.

Past lives and their influences

You hear a lot about past lives these days, the reason why is because of the big part these do actually play. Your body can remember old feelings, loves, hates and pain from the past. You know yourself that everyone has something they can do very well and it comes naturally, without very much effort at all. Ever thought about why? Maybe they have done it before?

A lot of people are exploring there past lives and the influences that they are having on this life. The best way is to do a past life regression with a person who does hypnosis. Anyone can tell you what you have done and been in a past life, but unless you can really see it for yourself it doesn’t make much sense. Going into a guided regression and actually living the main parts and seeing a lot of the different lives you have lived and where in the world you have lived, what type of person you were, if you were male or female, if you recognise any of the people who are in your family now, and what they were to you in the past lives. Are you doing a pay back life? What lesson you are here to learn. How did you die? For instance did you drown in a past life and now you an aversion to water? Past life regression can tell you a lot about yourself and why you are who you are.

Now all of us have met someone that is so familiar, you really know that face. But you know that you have never met in this life. What about meeting your soul mate, how many times have you been together before? Were you the male in the last relation ship? Makes for interesting discussion doesn’t it.

Pain can be felt from a past life and at times it can manifest itself on your body. Getting rid of it can be hard if you don’t know what it is from. Say to yourself, if this pain is from a past life, I acknowledge it and I release it. It can be physical, mental or emotional.

A lot of people have the ability to see past lives and this gift is becoming more widespread but anyone can tell you anything and you will believe it if you want to. See it for yourself. Regression classes are more widely advertised now and you can even buy taped regression sessions, if you can’t get to a class.

It is the same as someone telling you about your spirit guides, unless you can see them or feel them yourself who knows. I have learnt that four past lives seem to affect this one. All different with a lesson to learn. It may be overcoming a fear, being in a relationship again to learn a lesson, or healing a relationship. You may remember many past lives but four will stand out relating to this life. Are you learning the lessons?

Karma.

Something that nearly everyone believes in, in some form or another. What you give you get back. I have found that some people believe that every little thing no matter how small will be karma. I think more the larger things, otherwise you would never ever be released from it.

An angry word spoken, taking something that is not yours, hurting someone. So how it works is if you do something good or bad for someone or to someone you will get it back threefold or tenfold no-one really knows. But I know what I would want back. Same as they say with money - there is being careful and there is being a Scrooge. People who spread their money around get more back - people who hoard it are never happy and struggle to keep it, feeling that everyone is out to get it or take it from you.

Karma seems to be coming back a lot quicker, so take note of the next time you do something wrong and how long before it comes back.

It seems to not be waiting until the next lifeline to sort out and pay back is happening this lifetime as time seems to speed up. Past lives are coming to the forefront to show what you have done and what karmic issues you are paying for this time. How many more times do you want to come back?
