Healing yourself.

Healing takes many forms; emotional, physical and spiritual.

Now you are the most important person in your life - without you, you are nothing. Healing yourself makes a lot of sense to me. A place to start, may be by writing down the good and bad things in your life, things that you are controlled by and likes and dislikes about yourself. You don't have to confront people to forgive and be forgiven, you can see them in your mind - speak to them, see them smiling, forgive them or ask for forgiveness, bless them and let it go. Pink bubble the situation or problem and release it.

Life is too short to hold grudges and make yourself miserable. Don't you envy those who are calm and collected, when things don't seem to bother them, they let things pass over them rather than dwelling on the negative. Learn to become more like this. You can learn patterns and not realise it. Being negative, argumentative, angry and unreasonable can be a learned way of life. You can break this cycle by thinking more positive, changing the way you react to people. A bit more patience or as simple as holding your tongue and being quiet. No entering into arguments. Listening instead of putting in your opinion is quite hard, but try it, stand back and observe, do you behave like the person you are listening to? Silence is golden, it also keeps you out of trouble.

Is there something new you would like to try? A change of style or new hair style, new clothes, a move.

Healing does come in many different forms. Forgive and forget seems to be a challenge in everyone’s life. To release these things is to release yourself as well. Anything you block out and don’t deal with will come back and bite you on the tail until it is dealt with. Deal with old wounds as they appear and sort them out once and for all until they are well and truly in the past. Ask for guidance from your guides and move on.

There are lots of things out there to help you deal with healing yourself. If you are a private person, get some books from the library and read.

Healing yourself is more than just healing a sickness or disease.

Healing bubbles and blankets.

When someone, or yourself is not doing well emotionally or physically, bubbles and blankets can help. Imagine a large bubble with the person or yourself inside, see the inside of the bubble in a brilliant white light. See the light in your mind being absorbed by the person. If they are in need of pain-relief, see the light in the bubble as a blue, if they need healing, see the light as green, for love pink, for energy red, for happiness yellow. See the colours compact into the person and surround them again and again until they are totally full of the colour. The other way to do this is by imagining wrapping them in a soft wool blanket which sinks into their skin giving them the comfort and protection they need. The colours you use can be the same as the colours in the bubbles. These are a way of sending love and comfort to someone quickly.

Healing bubbles are something I use when I distant heal. I put the person I am working on inside the bubble. I open up the twelve Chakras, three directly above the head, the Crown, third eye, throat, heart, and solar plexus, sacral and base, the knees and feet front and back. I see them open and breathing in the White healing light around them. I scan the person's body, do the healing that is necessary, compact white light into the person, then blue pain-relief light, then I leave them in there for 10 minutes or longer to relax. This is also a way of boosting energy for themselves to heal with.

Spiritual and energy blockages.

You can as you get more spiritual realise when blockages are present in your system. A healer will cross your path, as you grow, different strengths of healers present themselves. As your vibration lifts you will find that some people make you feel sick when they put their hands on you to heal. The person who is the right one to help you will be guided to you. When these blockages are released twitches and spasms may occur as the energy is released to flow. Spiritual growth usually follows at the same time. New guides may appear, new gifts may emerge, clear thinking and calmness may happen. Not right then but later on in the next few days and sometimes a few weeks. Emotions will flow and old emotional wounds may open to be dealt with once and for all.

Reiki healing and attunements.

Reiki is a gentle but powerful energy healing method. The attunement you get when you become a Reiki one or two practitioner plugs you into the higher consciousness. It also helps you to use the universal energies that are available to everyone. People who have natural healing hands a lot of the time use their own energy to heal with and may get tired very easily. Reiki teaches you how to harness the Universal Energy and replenish the energy as you work with it. These healing energies are available to everyone. I am sure there are many other energy healings which work along the same principles. This is the one I started with and it opened up the many gifts I have and work with.
